Pierre-Emmanuel Gerard is the Founder, President and CEO of BIOMUNEX Pharmaceuticals. Pierre-Emmanuel is focused on overall management of the company, business development & deals, IP, financial and corporate strategy, and supervision of all key strategic areas.

Prior to creating the company, Pierre-Emmanuel has a long and successful experience in the pharma and biotech industry (Pierre Fabre & Servier); as the advisor to the President & CEO of Pierre Fabre, he oversaw the innovation and biotech strategy of the Group as well as the reorganization of R&D and biotech departments; he also directed the clinical development of several innovative products and was the Managing Director of Italian subsidiary.

Pierre-Emmanuel began his career in business development (by notably founding and establishing Biogaran, first subsidiary of Servier group, sold to BC Partners in January 2026); he also managed a biotech incubator and a seed fund (Genopole, Evry). Ultimately, he was a partner in international strategy consulting companies (e.g., AEC Partners, IMS/IQVIA) and also created several healthcare companies. Pierre-Emmanuel is a medical doctor (Nice, FR; Cambridge, UK, where he wrote a thesis on a biotech research program) and holds an MBA from the HEC Business School (Jouy-en-Josas, FR).
