With more than 30 years of experience in life sciences, he brings deep expertise in biotechnology innovation, oncology, and healthcare investment. François is Operating Partner at Quadrille Capital & Venture Partner at UI investissement where he supports investments in innovative healthcare and biotech companies. He previously served also as President of Inserm Transfert Initiative and held senior leadership roles at Ipsen, Genset, Bryan Garnier, and Atlas Venture. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the growth and strategic development of more than 20 biotechnology companies as a board member. Dr. Thomas is an oncologist and former physician at Gustave Roussy. He also holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, combining scientific expertise with strong business and investment acumen.
