Frédéric Jacotot is serving as General Counsel at Biomunex, bringing over 35 years of experience in business law within the healthcare and biotech sectors. Throughout his career, Frédéric has been involved in multiple licensing deals, financing agreements, and corporate transactions for privately held and dual-listed companies. Frédéric began his career at Laboratoires Fournier, where he established and led the legal affairs department for nearly two decades. He later held senior legal counsel positions at Solvay Pharma and Abbott before joining the vaccine biotech company Valneva in 2013, where he served as General Counsel for over ten years. Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Paris 1 University.
