Julie Prigent, PhD, Associate Director R&D at Biomunex, is responsible for the development of several MAIT-engager programs in oncology and other therapeutic areas, in collaboration with several academic teams, as well as additional bispecific programs. Julie brings strong expertise in immunology, antibody engineering, and therapeutic antibody development. Prior to Biomunex, she worked at H-Immune and HiFiBiO Therapeutics, where she contributed to the identification and validation of novel immuno-oncology targets. She was actively involved in the development of therapeutic antibodies, from early discovery through CMC development, with a particular focus on targeting regulatory T cells to restore anti-tumor immunity. Julie developed her scientific expertise during her PhD research at CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission, FR), specializing in immunology and antibody engineering technologies. She is first author of several publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and co-inventor of multiple recent patents.
