Sophie Jacq-Lapointe is serving the company as Business & Alliance Advisor. She supports business development and alliance management activities. Sophie brings more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive expertise across oncology, immunology, neuroscience, rare diseases and endocrinology. She held senior executive roles at leading international companies including Roche, Sanofi and Ipsen, contributing to more than twenty successful product launches across France, Europe and emerging markets. Her career also includes major responsibilities in R&D transformation projects and general management, notably as General Manager for the Belgium–Luxembourg region at Ipsen and at biotech Perha Pharmaceuticals. In 2023, she founded an advisory boutique, supporting biotech CEOs and executive committees on clinical and commercial development strategies for innovative portfolios, with a strong focus on business development and value creation. She holds a degree from ESSEC Business School (Cergy, FR). She is certified by Harvard Medical School in Immunology and Immuno-Oncology and completed board governance training at the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA).
